Rich Zifra Leadman 145 Mill Street Springville, NY 14141 Phone: 716-592-4552 Fax: 716-592-3906	Richard (Rich) Zifra started his employment with the Village in 1998 as an operator at the Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP). He is currently the Leadman of the Waste Water Treatment Division, a position he has held for several years. Rich works with one additional employee, who is also a licensed plant operator. The WWTP employees work 7:00am to 3:30 pm , daily and generally 7:00am – 9:00am on weekends and holidays. Rich is responsible for the operation of a treatment facility that typically handles more than One million gallons of sewage per day. The plant is capable of producing methane gas that it uses to run the boilers and related natural gas type equipment, thus minimizing the use of natural gas for its operation.
