David Sullivan Leadman 243 N. Central Ave. Springville, NY 14141 Phone: 716-592-4722 Fax:	David Sullivan has been an employee of the Village of Springville since 1988 and has worked in the Water/Sewer Division the entire time. He has worked his way from laborer, to equipment operator and finally to Leadman in a relatively short time. David oversees the operation of the Village's three wells and all the related pumping equipment. He also is responsible for the operation of the filtration plant, where the water is treated for iron removal and disinfected with chlorine, and supplemented with fluoride. David monitors the nearly 25 miles of water main, as well as 20 miles of sanitary sewer lines. David works with three additional personnel, all of whom are licensed by the New York State Health Dept. for water treatment operations. The Division operates from 7:00am to 3:30pm daily and generally from 7:00am until 9:00am on weekends and holidays. The water facility serves approximately 2500 customers and produces an average of 500,000 of water per day for customer use.
