Springville has long been regarded as a small cultural mecca for New York's Southern Tier. Springville Center for the Arts, a new public library and youth activities that encourage cultural growth have helped to keep that tradition alive.

Theatrical opportunities exist for all age groups and aspects of the fine and performing arts. Springville Center for the Arts, a community-based center staffed by volunteers and funded largely through donations and grants, promotes activities throughout the year. Shakespeare in the Parking Lot, indoor performances at the Center, fine arts shows and youth art classes taught in conjunction with Springville Youth Incorporated's summer program, provide a multitude of year-round cultural activities and art enthusiasts. |
