This board consists of five (5) members each with a five (5) year term. The Mayor, subject to the approval of the Board of Trustees, appoints members of the Zoning Board including the designation of a Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson.

The Zoning Board of Appeals hears and decides appeals for any Village of Springville code, requirement, decision, interpretation, or determination made by an administrative official charged with the enforcement of building and zoning codes.
