Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Springville Board of Trustees on Monday October 2, 2023 at 7:01 pm at 65 Franklin St in the Boardroom for the proposed Cable Franchise Agreement with Charter Communications (Spectrum). Proposed agreement is available in the Village Clerk's Office or online here.

Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Springville Board of Trustees on Monday October 2, 2023 at 7:02 pm at 65 Franklin St in the Boardroom for the Community Development Projects to be submitted to Erie County for CDBG Funding. Proposed projects are more waterline replacements on Park, Cochran & Academy, sidewalks replacements on Maple Ave from Spring to Newman as this is direct route from the Elementary & Middle School to the Club and support for Rural Transit.
Planning Board Meeting - Sept 26, 2023 at 7:00 pm. Preliminary meeting on the 80+ proposed single family homes project at Dygert Farm. This is not the public hearing on this project, just an informational meeting to get some preliminary information from the prospective buyers.
NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, that in accordance with Chapter 200 of the Code of the Village of Springville, the PLANNING BOARD of the Village of Springville, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Municipal Building, 65 Franklin St., Springville, New York on JUNE 27, 2023 at 7:00 pm on petitions for the following:
