Public Hearing Notice

Please take notice that a public hearing will be held by the Village of Springville Planning Board on March 28, 2023 at 7:01 pm at 65 Franklin St in the Boardroom for Site Plan and Special Exception use located at 271 W. Main St. to use part of the building as an ice cream and cafe establishment. 

 

NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, that in accordance with Chapter 200 of the Code of the Village of Springville, the  PLANNING BOARD of the Village of Springville, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Municipal Building, 65 Franklin St., Springville, New York on  April 25, 2023 at 7:00 pm on petitions for the following:
